Please be advised I am not currently taking on new clients.

am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor who works with a variety of counselling methods to suit you, and the difficulties or challenges you are facing. This may be through short term solution focussed therapy, a deeper exploration of your feelings and/or life story, or something in between. Every person and their situation is unique therefore the counselling experience will also be unique. As a counsellor I offer you support and guidance where required, a sounding board, a quiet listening ear when you just need to be heard, or a coach helping formulate life goals. Our relationship will be based on mutual trust and respect, and my counselling rooms will provide you with a safe environment to explore the issues or challenges you are facing. I will work alongside you in a non judgemental way, and support you throughout your counselling journey.

Online appointments via Skype, Zoom, Email, Messaging.

I have worked within the NHS, private practice and also was a volunteer with Childline.
