My specialism is Child, Adolescent & Family therapy, although I do also support individuals and couples on various issues.

I am a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist. What this means is that I draw on a wide range of strategies, techniques and theories and that I believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is central to the therapy and should be based on non-judgement, trust and respect. As an overview to my approach I also recognise the interconnected nature of mind and body. I work to the code of ethics as set out by the National Counselling Society (NCS).
I’m a fully qualified Psychotherapist, with an AdvDip in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, and have also received advanced training in Mental Health & Psychiatry, Special Educational Needs (SEN) as well as graduate and post graduate training in Child Psychology, Behavioural Neuroscience and Mental Health Science.
I currently work with three london based schools and a university, where I support students and faculty. As well as seeing adult individuals and groups privately at my Liverpool Street (London) practice.
