Hey, I’m Oly, from Calm Journey Therapy. I’m often asked why I became a therapist, and I always grin contentedly and say; the need for Therapy has always been presented in a negative way, but after my own therapy through my own conflicts, I realised that therapy was the only relationship that could hold you like no other, with no judgement, emotional attachment and no agenda; a place that, if a person is willing, can get you through any turbulence you may have.

My particular focuses in therapy include Psychodynamic Theory and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, which I believe can be used to help any client through their troubles, I also like to incorporate Mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Technique.
