I started working as a Counsellor in 2005 so am able to offer an experienced counselling service, for short-term and long-term counselling with an Integrative approach to suit your individual needs and requirements. ( (I work with person centered, humanistic , CBT and mindfulness approaches)

I am a Senior Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. (BACP) and Senior Accredited Member with the National Counselling Society. (NCS) and therefore adhere to their ethical and professional practice guidelines.

As a professional I am also a registered member of the Information Commissioners Office and a Member of the Royal Society for Public Health.

I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and an EMDR Therapist ( Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

I am also an Addiction specialist for the Priory Hospital, and have been with them for over 10 years.

I am a qualified in On Line Counselling - Webcam and Audio ( using Vsee a secure network ) and email counselling


Remote Counselling - Just to reassure you I am already a qualified and recognised On Line Counsellor holding sessions using video link, phone or email , so I have in place all ethical and required protocol to facilitate this .

In regards to Covid 19, just to let you know.:-

Many clients are having Phone or Webcam sessions that usually have face to face. To re-assure you , as an already qualified On Line Counsellor we use secure platforms, mostly either Zoom or Vsee. In the current climate we are using , at the clients request WhatsApp or Skype as well ( pls note Skype will be at the clients discretion ).

I have also worked for several years with Corporate Companies as a
Trainer and Manager focusing on communication, interpersonal, goal setting and confidence skills, selling skills and presenting.

I am trained in public speaking.

I also run CPD training courses.

I also hold a certificate in Nutritional Therapy and Health. (BSYN)
