I have over six years of working with people face to face and via telephone, videoconference and text based systems such as e-mail and chat. My interests include anxiety, depression and stress, loss and bereavement and personal growth and development.
I offer a free 15 min initial video session so we can see if we’ll be comfortable working with together and also to allow us to discuss and agree the ground rules for future sessions.

• Qualifications & Experience

  I am an experienced counsellor, coach and supervisor and have a Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Post Graduate Certificate in Supervision along with an MA in Education. I have also qualified as an online therapist and I am a professional member of The Association for Counselling and Therapy Online. I am committed to developing my knowledge and skills via on-going professional development.
