Hello there, I'm a person-centred counsellor with experience in supporting individuals through bereavement and loss, as well as other areas such as anxiety, relationships, and more.

As a person-centred counsellor, my approach is grounded in the belief that you, the client, are the expert in your own life. My role is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, and to support you in finding your own solutions.

In my experience working with bereavement and loss, I have seen how challenging and overwhelming it can be to cope with the emotional and practical impact of such experiences. I aim to support you in processing your feelings, finding ways to remember and honour your loved one, and ultimately finding a way to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

In addition to bereavement and loss, I also have experience in working with clients struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, and other challenges. Whatever you may be facing, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, and to help you find the strength and resilience to face whatever challenges come your way.

Thank you for considering me as a potential counsellor. I look forward to the possibility of working together to support you on your journey towards healing and growth.
