Thank you for looking at my profile, I have successfully supported children and adults when anxiety/trauma has become a daily struggle for them. By looking into past experiences and identifying strengths and self-awareness this will hopefully empower you to move forward with positive change. It may be that you do not feel well or your body aches and the Doctor has given you the 'all clear', it could possibly be that you are holding trauma in your body and we can explore this together. It is hard for parents/carers at times to seek help for their children and I am happy to talk through this first step before committing to counselling.
