As an Integrative Practitioner, I am able to draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches in order to tailor the counselling experience to your individual needs. Because everyone is different, and everyone’s experience of the world is unique, this way of working gives you the optimum opportunity to achieve your goals in a way that suits you. As such, I may draw on theories and techniques from behaviour-based and/or cognitive-based Therapies including: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Mindfulness, Developmental Counselling, Person-Centred Counselling, Psychodynamic Counselling and/or Transactional Analysis (TA).
As part of our work, I will support you to:

• build motivation and courage to achieve your goals
• realise your future aspirations and work towards better future functioning
