Welcome to my profile page. I am a fully qualified and insured counsellor with a holistic approach to working with clients, taking into consideration the mind, body and soul. I trained Integratively, which means I use a range of different theories and modalities to support my clients depending on what you need.

It might be that you want to look at events from your past that you feel are holding you back or it might be that you want to concentrate on what is going on for you in the here and now, we can do either, both or anything in between. You may also feel that you would benefit from some therapeutic tools to help you cope with your circumstances, we can also include these in our sessions.

I fully appreciate how difficult it can be to talk about personal things; with this in mind, I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space so that clients feel safe in expressing themselves and what is going on for them. We will take things at your pace and you are in control of what you would like to talk about during our time together.

I offer Face to Face and Online counselling with adults and young people (16+). My calm therapy room is based in Chelmsford and I can offer both daytime and evening appointments to suit you.
