Using an integrative approach to therapy I work to help you feel better. I work on both a long and short term basis and hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Practitioners Certification in EMDR and Master NLP Practitioner Certification. I have a special interest in treating the areas of depression, anxiety, confidence and self esteem related issues in addition to supporting young people 11+ and adults with additional needs such as ASD and ADD/ADHD.
