Hello and Welcome,
If you are currently experiencing painful feelings or a difficult situation, you have already made a positive start by looking into counselling. If you decide to start therapy with me, I will listen without judging so that you can explore and share your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space.

I work in a warm and empathic way and I consider myself to be non-judgemental and ethical in my practice. I love my work and respect the people I work with. I know how difficult it can be to make the first appointment, but I also know that counselling can lead to a more fulfilling life.
