Born and brought up in Scotland, I arrived in the South West as a young adult and then, as now, I felt like it was the place I would always call home. Its soft rolling hills and beautiful coastline give all of us space to breathe, to find peace, to be. I am privileged to live and practice here. My favourite times are spent walking and enjoying a good cup of coffee with family and friends.
My knowledge and skills have developed through a career centred around people. From senior management roles in change management to supporting others through education and training, I have been fortunate to work with companies that put people first.
Working in the charity sector for a number of years, I provided support for individuals and families to re build their lives free from addiction.
In addition to my own practice I work with Cruse Bereavement Care, the national bereavement charity, supporting individuals through their bereavement. I train volunteers as well as delivering training programmes online and face to face to a variety of organisations in the private and public sector.
As an accredited Clinical Supervisor I support individuals and groups in the health and social care sector, educators, not for profits and private organisations.
