I provide a relaxed, confidential, non-judgemental environment to explore the issues that are affecting you and help you find ways to express yourself and your private fears, woundings and situations.

My aim is to walk with you and assist you to unravel your thoughts, reveal your possibilities, potential and strive to manage the circumstances we can find ourselves in from time to time, as well as those difficult dilemmas and tragedies that can sweep us off our feet.
I have 10 years of extensive experience in helping those suffering from depression, anxiety disorder, bereavement, addiction, low self-esteem, trauma, separation and divorce, family and work issues and also those who have experienced any realm of abuse or who feel unable to cope with the pace of life, and feel stressed or over-whelmed. Often we can find it difficult to verbalize what is causing us distress, it is my job to help you uncover the root source and solutions.
I have a humorous, direct approach to my clients, coupled with a friendly, genuine empathy and as I am trained integratively, I can draw on a range of counselling techniques and theories to develop a bespoke helping model for each individual.
