My counselling approach is integrative, and blends various therapeutic methods to best suit the individual needs and goals of my clients. I combine elements of Person Centred Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamics, Somatic Focussing, Relaxation techniques and Breathwork depending on the needs of my client. These approaches offer clients the opportunity to cultivate compassion towards their experiences, consider the origins of emotional patterns, shift thinking, release emotional tension and re-pattern underlying beliefs.

Regardless of the methods we use, the ultimate goal of counselling is to facilitate change. Together, we will explore what this change means for you, and I'll be there to support you throughout your journey towards emotional healing, personal growth and transformation.
I currently offer sessions in person on Thursdays near Bath and online on weekdays.
I also offer sessions in British Sign Language for the Deaf community.
