I have been working as a psycho-therapeutic counsellor for 4 years providing a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore their issues and life experiences in order to achieve a greater sense of wellbeing and make positive change happen. I am guided by my client in terms of what they wish to focus upon and I offer warmth and empathy in my integrative and non-judgemental approach. If desired by the client, I also offer hypno-therapeutic techniques as part of the therapeutic process along with techniques to induce calm, space and inner peace.
