My name is Rosie and I provide private and confidential counselling from my practice in Glynde near Lewes, East Sussex. As part of my training working with grief and loss, I worked in a voluntary capacity as a Bereavement Counsellor within the Family Support/Adult Bereavement Team at the St Nicholas Hospice in Bury St Edmunds. I work face to face, online via Zoom and offer telephone counselling.

Sometimes attending Counselling for the first time can be daunting and you may feel apprehensive at the thought of sharing your thoughts, fears and challenges with a stranger.

As an integrative counsellor, I can offer you the time to talk about the issues that worry you, the challenges you are facing, which can sometimes feel too much to deal with alone. I work at a pace that suits you, in a safe and confidential environment, where together we can explore the things that are troubling you and help you work towards healing and a happier and fulfilling life.

Whilst my work and experience covers a broad range of emotional and behavioural issues, I specialise in the area of grief and bereavement. My previous work within the Hospice offered me in-depth, practical experience which has broadened my understanding of the concerns and emotions experienced at this very difficult and painful stage of life.
