I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, an Advanced Accredited Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, and one of the first 100 Energy Alignment Method Mentors, an Akashic Records Consultant and a Compassion Key practitioner.

When you work with me, my sessions are entirely tailored to you and what you wish to achieve. I have integrated the principles and learning from my many modalities so that I can support you in a safe, effective, and loving way.

Depending on your preferences and location we can work together online or in person. I am based in North London.
