I am a flexible and confident person who enjoys working with people and helping them change and grow. I also understand how hard this process can be.
I offer an integrated therapy session, I challenge my clients and help them find answers, I believe that all clients have the answers and the skills, but sometimes need support in finding that.
I have experience with working with children and adults, and I currently work with adult survivors of childhood abuse. I also offer pet therapy (where practical).
