My name is Jenny and I'm a fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor based in the Eynsham and Witney area. I use an integrative approach to counselling, meaning I can utilise different theoretical approaches to suit each individual's need.
Maybe you are facing challenging times in your life and struggling to cope. Maybe you just want to understand yourself a bit better, or you don't know which way to turn. Talking through your issues and feelings can sometimes enable more clarity in your life, to enable you to achieve those changes that you desire. It can also enable you to work through those difficult experiences.
Coming to counselling can be a daunting prospect for some, but feel assured that you will be provided with a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to freely explore your feelings and issues.
Working with individuals I can offer counselling on a short or long term basis, each session lasting 50 minutes.
