As a down to earth, fully trained and experienced therapist, my aim is to provide support and a trusting and honest relationship to help clients resolve current problems and provide them with a clearer view of their issues . I will always provide sensitivity and understanding as well as a safe and confidential place for clients to discuss their thoughts, feelings and emotions in order to help them to find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.
