Some of the beliefs I hold strong are that we are entitled to be our authentic self, that we are allowed to be comfortable with who we are. That is my role. I believe that it can take courage and the time needed to learn, grow and transform. I believe that the tools of exploration and contemplation can lead us to peace an self-acceptance. To sum it up in my favourite quote from the poet E.E. Cummings, "it takes courage to grow up and become who we really are".
