I use an integrative approach with a person centred approach as my foundation. My aim as a therapist is to encourage client's to discover or rediscover their own empowerment and regain their sense of self. I achieved my Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling in 2014 and my passion for empowering client's to live a fulfilling live has lead me to many different areas of training including trauma, self harm, suicidal thoughts/idealisation, domestic abuse, stress, anxiety, relationship issues and more recently a Diploma on Grief and bereavement Counselling and a Diploma on Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

    Diploma in MBCBT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
    Level 5 Mental Health and community
    Various levels and training on working with trauma, trauma and addictions, working with self harming clients, ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training), Brief Therapy, CBT(Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Awareness in Bereavement Care, Domestic Violence Awareness and PIPS Preventing Suicides in your Community Programme.
