Mates in Mind

I am an integratively trained therapist and supervisor, working in both private practice and the community sector. My main offices are in Crumlin & Ballinderry but i also see clients/supervisees in Antrim.

As an integrative therapist, both therapy and supervision are tailored to meet the needs of the individual and is client lead.

After qualifying as a counsellor in 2010 i continued on and gained the full Bsc (Hons) Professional Development in Counselling and then completed my CPCAB Level 6 in Counselling Supervision. I have a special interest in eating disorders, disordered eating and emotional eating, in particular the links between over eating and trauma. To consolidate this knowledge and further upskill, i have trained in DBT & RO-DBT for eating disorders.

I have recently done a period of retraining in couples therapy and I am now taking on couples in private practice. I will hopefully begin psychosexual training in the next few months.

I offer appointments both evenings and weekends to fit around busy family lives.

I am also on the Ulster University list as a recognised supervisor
