Location: Chelmsford

I currently work as a school counsellor for BCCS (Brentwood Catholic Children's Society). I have an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Ad Dip PC) and a BSC Hons in Health and Social Studies (working with children and young people).

I have worked in various fields with children and young people; attendance support worker, Connexion's Intensive Support Worker, Special Educational Needs Manager and a young people's residential support worker.

I specialise in working with children and young people, but I also have experience counselling adults with various needs such as; anxiety, depression, low-self-esteem, relationship difficulties and insomnia.

Outside of work I run the Chelmsford Happiness Project in connection with Action for Happiness.
