I provide private, confidential personal therapy in a comfortable setting. Whatever brings you to therapy, be it feeling generally low and struggling day to day or needing support with a particular issue like PTSD or trauma, talking to a professional can help. You can self refer and do not need a referral from a GP or other professional. My way of working is empathic and open, thorough and focussed on the client.

I have a wide range of experience with anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, addiction and loss, working with all genders and sexualities.

    Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)

    Accredited member of the National Counselling Society (MNCS (Acc))

    Training courses in, amongst others: PTSD, Working with Drug Users, Self Harm, Play Therapy Techniques, Working with DID, Eating Disorders, Working with Separated Dads, Suicide Awareness, Bereavement (Marie Curie), LGBTQ+/GSRD, ISTDP (Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy), psychotherapeutic counselling, CBT, working with borderline personality disorder.
