I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that physical and mental health is built upon many elements. Work, love, friends, our home-life, diet and health all influence our wellbeing, which is why I treat every client as unique. Whether you're looking for: a relief from stress, anxiety or depression, learning to manage; pain, fatigue or weight, Or learning coping strategies, understanding to your past or your relationships or; simply wanting to talk in confidence, I'm here for you.
I'm especially experienced in the areas of anxiety, depression, self-esteem and weight-loss but I work with all mental health issues including physical health, trauma, mental and physical abuse, sports performance, illness and chronic pain. And I draw on a range of disciplines including Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) and Transactional Analysis (TA) including mindfulness and compassion focused therapy.
I’m passionate about my work and helping people. You will have my undivided attention and a safe space where you can discuss your issues in absolute confidence without prejudice or judgment. Together we will work toward achieveing a positive outcome.
