I have worked in a GP surgery for a number of years helping people with a variety of different issues. Some people may find it difficult walking through the door for the first time. It can be a daunting experience. I see it as a sign of strength, they have taken the first step to working through what is going on for them. From my first meeting with clients I feel that they will see a person in genuinely interested in hearing their story. It is very important for me that the client feels that a trust is built within the first session, enabling them them to begin to tell their story. Together we will work collaboratively using techniques that will empower the client to take some new learning from each session.

Due to waiting lists within the NHS, I felt that sometimes people were not being seen on time when they most needed it. Therefore I opened a private practice in Magherafelt so that people could make the choice to wait on the services provided by the NHS or they could be seen within a few days.

People that have come to my practice, say that there is a peaceful feel about the rooms. My aim is to provide an environment that is private comfortable and easy accessible for each client. Offering specialised processes, and practical and effective tools & techniques, I work with all clients to find solutions to issues of all kinds, please feel free to call or message for a free telephone consultation to hear more about my service.
