I have been in practice as a counsellor and therapist since 1987. My particular expertise is in stress and anxiety management. In addition to my registration with the NCPS, I am a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, BABCP Accredited CBT therapist, AREBT Accredited therapist, and ISCP Accredited Coaching Psychologist.
