My passion in life is people, from a very early age I was interested in understanding what made people tick. It is this passion that has propelled me into making a making a career out of helping people.

My qualified approach is Person Centered Counselling, this style of counselling believes in the ability and qualities of an individual to determine what it is that will make them feel better. My role is to facilitate a person’s journey by providing them with a safe place to explore their feelings and understanding of their feelings. This is done without judgements or recriminations and dedication to helping a person gain clarity on past experiences and how they may be affecting how they feel in the present, which in turn can impact on their future.

I pride myself, and my ability to put people at ease and am often told that people find me easy to talk to. I find this helps in building an effective counselling relationship, as all to often people fear taking that first step in coming to counselling. I firmly believe giving your self the opportunity and time to work through any potential issue is the best investment a person can make in themselves.
