Key Workers CounsellingMates in Mind

At the Listening Tree, Michelle and her associates are passionate about being able to help local people. Michelle has worked in a Corporate enviroment for 25 years in Management roles and has managed large teams. During this time she has experienced that many of us really struggle with modern life and what it throws at us on a daily basis.

Modern life is often difficult for many people to cope with. She specialises in bereavement, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, confidence issues and work-related confidence issues.

Michelle uses a combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis and some mindfulness tools in her private practise. Evening and weekend appointments are available.

On occasions Michelle will come to you if you are not mobile for a small additional cost. Michelle also offers low cost telephone counselling if preferred and online counselling.

30 min free consultations are available. Concessions are offered to students, OAP's and people on benefits
