What makes me different is my belief in holism – the mind and body are integrated and inseparable. My background in health and wellbeing for over 27 years’ included living and working all around the world as an Holistic Healthcare Practitioner and Fitness Professional, providing touch therapy which later led me to qualify in talking therapies. Helping you to make a better mind-body connection is pivotal to good mental health. This assists you to develop better self-care habits for greater emotional and physical wellbeing, and to learn new coping strategies and build new thoughts and habits to help you to feel more relaxed and well.

How I work:
Together we will explore the presenting problems, other underlying issues that contribute to what’s going on right now and any blocks and patterns that may be hindering your progress. I will assist you to gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes to find your own solutions to problems in a perceptive and insightful way. This will help you to find your sense of self, let go of old patterns of thinking and feeling and develop resilience and greater wellbeing.

As a coach-therapist, using an Integrative approach allows me to tailor our sessions to fit your individual needs and personal circumstances, drawing from the wealth of models and techniques available to help you move to a happier, more contented place within yourself.

I offer medium, long and short-term coaching, counselling and psychotherapy in a relaxed and professional setting located just outside Ashford, Kent and within easy travelling distance of Canterbury, Folkestone, Tenterden, Faversham, and Maidstone.

Sessions are available in the day and evening during the week. I offer face to face, virtual, or telephone sessions nationwide.

Are we a good fit to work together?
It is very important to me that you feel comfortable when you speak, so I prefer to first talk by telephone to clarify specifically what your individual requirements are, and to ensure that we are a good fit before we commit to working together. This initial 15 minute consultation is free and you are under no obligation at all. Please call me on 07796-378430

In supporting you to recover quickly from stressful setbacks we begin our work together with a commitment of 6 sessions for £330. Thereafter, we will mutually discuss continuing to work together, according to your individual needs and requirements and future weekly sessions are paid for session by session at £55 per hour.

Concessions subject to availability ~ I maintain a limited number of reduced cost places, please ask about this if you are not able to afford the regular fee.
