Hello. If you are looking for a counsellor, you are probably struggling in some area of your life at the moment. Do not despair; realising that some part of your life isn’t working for you is the first step to doing something about it. Often life catches us out or catches up with us and we discover that we simply do not have the skills or experience (or sometimes strength) to know how to deal with it. Having someone to talk things over with really helps - friends and family are not always able to see your point of view even when they have your best interests at heart. So if you have a specific problem such as addiction or a more general one like depression, let’s tackle it together. I am a qualified integrative psychotherapeutic counselor and hypnotherapist and also am a bereavement care volunteer for the national charity Cruse.

I can also help with career and life coaching and am a Lumina Spark practitioner. Lumina specialises in individualised psychometric portraits for career and self- development purposes.
