I work individually with both adults and children on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, I tailor therapy to the individual needs of the client working at their own pace. I have experience working in schools with children and young people as well as privately with adults.
I use a person-centred approach using a variety of theories, known as the Integrative Approach, allowing the best ways to use different techniques together. This approach allows me to combine different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of my clients. It enables me to use a more flexible and inclusive approach to therapy.
