Counselling offers a non judgemental space for you to explore what is going on for you. It is your space to talk about any issues that you may be experiencing or have experienced and are causing you pain, worry or you just want to make sense of.
I work with an Integrative Approach which means you will always be at the centre of our session. It is my role within those sessions to support you to explore what it is you may want to.
If you haven't experienced counselling before it can seem daunting or scary. The therapeutic relationship is also very important, this is why I offer a FREE 20 minutes session for you to meet with me and ask any questions you may have.
I have experience of working with both adults and children. I am fully qualified, insured and registered with the appropriate bodies.
