She is an open and warm individual, who offers a non-judgemental and resolution focused approach to therapy. All sessions are completely confidential and Glenda provides a safe and comfortable environment within which her clients can confidently discuss their issues and ambitions.

She will aim to help you see more of yourself and to understand the feelings you are experiencing. Once your goals are fully understood Glenda will assist you in achieving that which you desire; if possible and realistic.

With a background in the corporate world in both public and private sector it allows her to fully appreciate the stresses and challenges that working life today brings. The pressures and strains of a busy home and poor work life balance have the potential to negatively impact general well- being.
