Integrative Counselling is an approach to therapy that involves selecting techniques from different therapeutic models best suited to the client’s needs. This enables the therapeutic journey to be dynamic, flexible, individualised and tailored to the client.

Juliet started her early career serving in the Armed Forces and in Kent Police Force. During this time she has experienced many challenging situations and traumatic events which have helped mould her into the Therapist she is today.

Following her service, she started working in Health & Social Care in a variety of positions and is now focusing on delivering Mobile Therapeutic Services. Due to Juliet’s working history she will be offering concessions to those clients that have touched her heart along the way. Juliet has extensive experience helping with *Autism, Confidence, Anxiety, Depression, Abuse, PTSD and Complex PTSD, Menopause, Bereavement and Loss, Self Esteem, Self- Defeating Behaviours, Relationship issues, Divorce and Separation, Coaching and Mentoring amongst other things.

*Autism Support- help with social interaction, flexibility of thought and social communication. Juliet has worked with people with autism for over twenty-five years. She has a proven track record of making a difference to people by understanding how their autism impacts on them and those around them. She has worked in a multi-systemic way, involving not only the person with autism but family, friends and their communities. Autism is about seeing and feeling differently. It is not being flawed, it’s about uniqueness and often difficulties arise due to other peoples perceptions and mis-understandings. Juliet can adapt her therapy to meet the needs of autistic clients by supporting them to create and implement better coping strategies, ultimately reducing anxieties and enabling the building of self-esteem.

Juliet practises across Cambridgeshire and has flexible hours to suit your needs.
