I can offer therapeutic support for a variety of issues that you may be experiencing including bereavement and loss, change, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and self-worth, stress, family and relationship issues. I specialise in bereavement and loss and have been working in a supportive capacity for many years, in dedicated organisations and now in private practice.
Due to the multifaceted nature of the challenges people face, I work in an integrative way, bringing in a variety of counselling tools and techniques that will best suit your situation. These include, but are not limited to, Person Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques. The differences between these and the most appropriate one(s) for you can be discussed at our initial consultation.
I offer face to face counselling in South Manchester. I can offer weekend and evening sessions, as well as telephone and Zoom counselling, to fit around your circumstances.
I am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society.
I offer both short and long-term therapy. Whether you are looking to address a single or multiple challenges in your life or are looking to make long term changes to enhance your current situation, I am committed to helping you make lasting change.
