My name is Shiri and I am offering Transactional Analysis (TA) Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I view Counselling and Psychotherapy as a dynamic process, created between us. I play an active part in this process by reflecting, asking questions and sharing. The work will empower you to be an active participant on your journey of change at your pace.
I support individuals aged eighteen and over, via online (Zoom) and can offer outdoor therapy as well in Haywards Heath surrounding area.
This time is allocated to you upon your needs, where you can feel welcome, listened to in a non-judgemental way, feel safe and be yourself, whichever platform you choose to work with.
My aim is to support you in exploring and understanding what is concerning you in your life, shedding light on unhealthy patterns that you may have developed and replacing them with new healthy ones, so you can gain relief and confidence in finding a way forward to live your life in full.
I am a member of UKATA (UK Association of Transactional Analysis), EATA (European Association of Transactional Analysis) and NCS (National Counselling Society) and I abide by their code of ethics and professional practice.
All my work is supervised by a qualified supervisor and is done on a confidential basis.
