Many of us will have experience of anxiety, disorientation and concerns about our overall mental well-being at some point in our lives. Some may also have concerns about negative impact on family relationships, be that with partners or children, while some will struggle with jobs and finances in this current economic climate.

Counselling will offer you a safe space to talk about your issues, a space in which your therapist will provide you with unconditional regard and a confidential, non-judgemental approach to discuss whatever aspects of your life you feel need help in bringing out. As a fully qualified counsellor, I am here to support you in your journey to explore and understand how past experiences, current behaviours and uncertainties about life prevent you from feeling happy and achieving the goals which may be eluding you at the moment.

Counselling helps when you feel lost, confused and misunderstood. Talking to friends can sometimes be confusing as they are likely to be biased. A therapist, on the other hand, is equipped with the tools and techniques to guide you through the process of change. This is both necessary and beneficial.
