I am a licensed professional psychotherapist with over 5years of experience. My approach is integrative, and solution focused, to ensure my clients get maximum benefit from our session. This means I use a range of combined therapeutic techniques, which is altered based on your presenting issue. E.g., CBT, Psychodynamic, person centred, motivational counselling etc.
I have a proven history working with clients from various backgrounds and age groups, on a range of simple to complexed presenting issues. I collaborate with my clients to create an open and safe environment, where thoughts and feelings can be shared and explored without fear or judgement.
I welcome anyone who is struggling and wishes to explore and challenge their thought process to book a session with me. My sessions are constructed as self-development rather than a place of guilt, shame, and hopelessness.
