I am an Integrative counsellor with a mindfulness and body - centred approach to working with people. I work with individuals, couples, groups and facilitate retreats.I have over 18 years experience of working therapeutically with people including a Shiatsu and massage practice, therapeutic artwork with children, healing movement work and now as a counsellor and group facilitator.
