I am a parent and an experienced therapist. In my spare time I love spending time outside and going for walks with my dog and I also enjoy Ballroom dancing.

I am a qualified person centred counsellor (MBACP), certified play therapist and filial play coach. I approach all my work from a person centred perspective. I offer a wide range of therapeutic services which can be tailored to your specific needs. My menu of services includes - Person-centred counselling; Creative therapy services;
