Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. Sometimes in life we can struggle to cope with various challenges and are unable to see a clear way forward out of our difficulties or to plan a future for ourselves. My aim is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where you the client are valued and encouraged to take the time and space to explore your concerns and difficulties in a safe and confidential setting.Through building a mutually trusting relationship we can together address your concerns to help bring about a positive outcome for your future. I am an integratively trained counsellor which means I incorporate different approaches in my therapy to meet the individual needs of my clients. I have extensive experience of working in a GP setting and I am a Bereavement Suppport volunteer with Cruse. I also work as a counsellor in a local community organisation.
