Having a background in Nursing and Complementary Health Care, I am an experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering both short and long term counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and Couples.

I offer a warm and welcoming safe, confidential space for you to explore your issues, dilemmas and challenges. I am especially experienced in working with issues around relationships, whether that is our relationship to ourselves or to others, such as a partner or to colleagues, friends or acquaintances. Also with Bereavement and Loss, Self-esteem, Abuse and Trauma, and Health and Wellbeing issues such as chronic ill-health, cancer or depression and anxiety .

My main therapeutic approach is person-centred, working at your pace. I can work with various counselling approaches and tools, and am respectful that you are the best judge of what is the right way for you.
I am experienced and qualified in approaches such as CBT, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, NLP, Gestalt, Body-Process and Creative therapies.
