I am an Accredited Integrative Counsellor specialising also in CBT and relationships and have worked with people experiencing emotional distress whose daily life is affected by factors such as bereavement, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relationship concerns within marriage/partnerships/other family members, with emphasis on providing a confidential and dependable environment to talk and explore feelings and problems.

    Foundation Degree in Counselling (University of Ulster)

    CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic Skills and Theory (CBT)

    CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Relationship Counselling, Marriage Counselling, Couples Counselling - Relate trained
