I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and am trained in a variety of counselling techniques which allows me to work according to the individual client's needs and issues. I currently work in private practice providing one to one counselling for adult clients. I provide a safe welcoming and confidential space where clients can talk about whatever is on their mind.
I have previously worked with the NHS in a GP surgery and within IAPT providing short-term counselling, in secondary education and with a women's charitable trust. I have worked with a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, bereavement, low confidence, relationship issues and stress.
