I currently have my own private practice and worked as a counsellor for an addiction service. I work with individuals who are suffering from anxiety and panic, I used an accredited anxiety treatment programme and framework. I’m experienced in working with a wide range of issues, such as drug and alcohol addictions, depression, trauma, bereavement, relationship and attachment issues, and many more. I modify and personalise my therapy to suit each individual I work with. My approach is to provide my clients with a safe and non-judgmental place where they can feel listened to and supported to deal with the challenges they are faced with. This therapeutic environment and relationship does support clients to have a better understanding of where they are at in their lives and make the changes they feel are needed to progress and move forward in their life.
