I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor graduated on the Foundation Degree in Counselling at Ulster University. I am an accredited Counsellor with the NCS and accredited member with the BACP.
I use Person Centred, CBT, Psychodynamics, Creative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Bereavement counselling skills to help clients to understand and manage their symptoms.
I have experience working ethically with vulnerable people. I am receiving 1.5 hours supervision once a month and also regularly attending different training courses as part of Continuous Professional Development.
I also have a Degree in Psychology which gives me a great understanding on the basis of human behaviour on distress situations.
I am bilingual speaker (English/Spanish) so I can offer counselling in both languages to adults and teenagers.
