I am an experienced Accredited CYPT, Senior Accredited Psychotherapist & Clinical Counselling Supervisor in private practice who specialises in Neurodiversity e.g., ADHD/ADD, ASD & SpLD. Supporting neurodivergent adults and young people requires something different @ SLCC our unique environment supports their needs with compassion & knowledge.
As a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist, Clinical Counselling Supervisor & Accredited CYPT with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) with many years' of experience working neurodiversity such as A.S.D, ADHD/ADD & SpLD.
Working with young people and families can be difficult at times that is why you need an experienced Supervisor who is calm, empathic, and approachable giving you the space to contemplate dilemma's as they arise. As psychotherapists, mental health professionals, and educators we have difficult caseloads and safeguarding issues can be overwhelming. I will be there to sensitively support and guide you in processing these situations and manage outcomes.
I work with members of BACP, NCPS and other accredited bodies in the field of counselling/psychotherapy and psychology and agree to apply our professioal bodies code of ethical practice to counselling supervision that we undertake together. a Supervisor I bring exceptional knowledge of Neurodiversities, educational settings, private practice and families systemic values.
