Do you ever feel like you’re stuck in a particular place and you can’t get out? Or maybe you’re troubled by your own thoughts and that critical voice we all hear from time to time? I offer a warm and compassionate approach to helping you navigate your life back on track. People are often driven by all kinds of agendas, whether it’s life goals or troubled pasts. Allow me to help you make sense of what you want and feel by creating a friendly and safe environment within sessions.
I am an integrative therapist with NHS experience. Being integrative means that I can work at your pace with a wide variety of skills tailored to suit your individual needs. I am aware that with therapy, not one size fits all and I pride myself in working with you to reconnect you with your values in life.
I understand how difficult it can be to face your fears and to explore the things that appear to be troubling you, but I am here to help you take those first steps. I view therapy as a companionship where you are the professional in your own life and I am your fellow traveler because after all mastering yourself is true power.
