Mates in Mind

As an integrative therapist, my training has provided me with a range of therapeutic models to use that best suit the issues that clients bring into the therapy room. I am also an accredited Hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner, registered with the National Hypnotherapy Society.

Using an Integrative framework, I provide a non-judgemental, empathetic and understanding approach to counselling, where clients feel comfortable to express their issues in a safe and caring environment. I lend the opportunity for clients to feel free to be themselves, feeling both heard and listened to. Clients can confidentially discuss past and present difficulties and gain awareness and understanding about unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours to bring about change. The objective of working together will be to help you overcome your symptoms and recover.

With experience of working in the NHS, a North London Hospice, and with a Blood Cancer Charity, I have gained many years’ experience of working with individuals in life altering situations. I have an interest and vast experience of bereavement and loss, domestic abuse, depression and anxiety, sexuality, self-esteem and confidence issues. I understand the internal and external anguish that these problems can cause us, interfering with our mental and physical well being.
